SteelOps Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SteelOps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use SteelOps. These terms apply to all users, including operators, managers, and administrators.
Use of Service
SteelOps is provided for use in construction, crane, and fleet management operations. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through SteelOps, including logs, inspection records, and operational data. By submitting content, you grant SteelSight Systems a license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to SteelOps. The offline-first design ensures core functionality remains available without internet connectivity. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
SteelOps is a tool to assist with construction and fleet operations. It is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, certified load calculations, or regulatory compliance assessments. SteelSight Systems is not liable for decisions made based on data provided by the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted.
