SteelOps End User License Agreement

License Grant

SteelSight Systems grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SteelOps on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement. This license does not include the right to sublicense, modify, or distribute the software.

Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble SteelOps. You may not rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the software. You may not use SteelOps to develop competing products or services. Automated data extraction or scraping is prohibited.

Intellectual Property

SteelOps and all associated intellectual property, including but not limited to code, designs, logos, and documentation, are owned by SteelSight Systems. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Updates and Modifications

SteelSight Systems may release updates to SteelOps that modify functionality, fix issues, or improve performance. Some updates may be required for continued use. We will communicate significant changes through in-app notifications or email.

Warranty Disclaimer

SteelOps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SteelSight Systems does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond its described functionality.
